The property was good quality with incredibly friendly staff especially the manager and the reception and bar staff. The atmosphere created was cosy. The rooms were fashionable and good-sized, had hypoallergenic pillows. The location of the hotel was convenient and absolutely perfect - just a short walk away from Pjaca.

Breakfast at Time Boutique was a standout. It didn't feel like the usual hotel buffet, unique and delicious. The staff were super friendly. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the proximity to Old Town, just a 10-12 minute walk away. The only downside was the noise in the spa area. Despite this, I still enjoyed the spa facilities which were well-equipped. One thing to note, though, is that the hotel lacks its own restaurant. There was a nearby restaurant, but it had limited hours. This made finding food on a Sunday a bit challenging. A grab-and-go option would be a great addition.

Unexpected kindness from staff
The staff were a highlight, always ready to assist with directions and restaurant recommendations. I especially felt welcomed every time I returned from exploring.
The initial room we received was cramped. The bathroom layout could have been designed better, and we faced a few minor maintenance issues .

Fabulous staff and facilities made for a pleasant stay.
The room had almost no storage for luggage, forcing us to live out of our suitcases for the entire six-night stay. The dinner menu was dreadfully repetitive, with the same options every night and barely any variety for lunch. To.

Cozy Stay with Touches of Excellence
We enjoyed clean, well-designed rooms and a peaceful wellness area mostly to ourselves. The friendly receptionist Mia helped us with local insights, and the complimentary upgrade upon check-in felt special. Pro tip, skip the hotel breakfast and explore nearby eateries for better options.
